To ensure the safety and performance of Infiniti vehicles, Infiniti may
initiate a recall campaign. Vehicle owners will receive, by mail, recall
details and instructions on how to correct the issue.
Because recall campaigns affect specific Infiniti vehicles (based on
model, model year, geographic area and vehicle identification number),
contact your Infiniti dealer before bringing your vehicle in for service.

questions.
When does the warranty on my vehicle begin?
The warranty period begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to the
first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier.
How long is my vehicle warranty?
Refer to the warranty coverage chart on page 1 of the Warranty Information
Booklet.
Is there a deductible for warranty repair?
There is no deductible for warranty repairs. Warranty repairs will be
made at no charge for parts and/or labor (except for batteries and tires,
in which case you may pay certain charges). Any needed parts replacement
will be made using genuine Infiniti or Infiniti–approved new or
remanufactured parts.
Is towing covered by warranty?
If your vehicle is inoperative due to failure of a warranted part, towing
service to the nearest Infiniti dealer is covered for 48 months or 60,000
miles, whichever comes first.

Is rental covered by warranty?
The Infiniti Service Loan Car Program provides a unique benefit for clients
who have purchased a new or pre-owned Infiniti vehicle. It is not part
of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, but part of the Infiniti Total Ownership
Experience and applies while the vehicle is covered under the basic new
vehicle warranty. When alternate transportation is required during scheduled
warranty service, or customer-paid repair (not including collision repair),
these clients have the option of using a free Infiniti Service Loan Car.*
Additionally, if you have an Infiniti Extended Protection Plan, rental
benefit maybe included.
Who will determine if the repair on my vehicle is covered by
warranty?
Take your vehicle to the nearest Infiniti dealer. Once they have diagnosed
the problem, you will be advised whether the repair is covered. Click

If I misplaced my Warranty Information Booklet, how can I obtain
a replacement copy?
If you have lost or misplaced your Warranty Information Booklet, please
contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs at 800.662.6200 between the hours of

Can I get reimbursement for a warranty repair performed by a
non–authorized repair facility?
You can contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs at 800.662.6200 between the

Time, Monday through Friday to determine if the cost of repair is eligible

Can I modify my vehicle or add accessories not authorized by
Infiniti?
If you install non–Infiniti after-market products on your Infiniti
vehicle, you assume the risk that if you later present your vehicle for
a warranty repair, the claim will be denied if the repair is determined
to be necessary due to the non–Infiniti part/accessory or its installation.

Are scheduled maintenance services covered by the warranty?
As a condition of this warranty, you are responsible for properly using,
maintaining and caring for your vehicle as outlined in your Owner's Manual
and your Infiniti Service and Maintenance Guide, and maintaining copies
of all maintenance records and receipts for review by Infiniti. Failure
to do so is likely to result in the denial of warranty coverage.
Evidence of the performance of the required maintenance should be kept
and presented as proof of such maintenance in connection with related
warranty repairs. To assist you in maintaining appropriate records, the
Maintenance Log located in your Infiniti Service and Maintenance Guide
can be used along with supporting repair invoices, receipts and other
such records.
How often do I take my vehicle for service?

of maintenance as well as the time intervals when the services should

Should you require additional coverage, Infiniti also offer the option
of a 7-year/100,000-mile Infiniti Extended Protection Plan. All Infiniti
